Most delivery vehicles used are between 7.5ton and 15ton. We would ask that for your own benefit you provide a good clear access to the property.
When the items are manufactured/assembled and packed, our order despatch department will call you to advise, and items on our standard delivery schedule will normally be delivered within 3 days following the day of advice.
In the majority of cases we aim to deliver on a next day basis or on a day convenient to you. Delivery times are 08:00 to 17:30 Monday to Friday. We are able to offer timed or weekend delivery although this will incur an additional charge. Items are usually delivered on a pallet and the vehicles used are between 7.5 ton and 15. As such we would ask that you provide good clear access to the property. If access is restricted, please let us know in advanced so that an alternative vehicle can be arranged, as you may be charged for redelivery.
CHECKING OF GOODS/DELIVERY

We cannot refund or replace items which have been signed for as ‘received in good condition’. Mark any shortages or damages on the driver delivery paperwork at the time of delivery.
If for any reason you are unable to check, please sign ‘Unchecked’ and report any damages / missing items within 24 hours.

Our standard range of rooflights will arrive boxed with most bespoke rooflights being sent in a crate. It is advisable to store all items pre-installation in the packaging provided and in a dry environment. Items which are damaged on site cannot be returned.
WEIGHT & HANDLING
Some of our products can be extremely heavy. With this in mind, it is necessary to have personnel and suitable equipment at site on the day of delivery. Where we supply a drawing for bespoke items, we will provide the weight. For all other weights, please contact our office on 0845 050 8746.
